Get moving with high-intensity circuits and the perfect balance of cardio and strength, all in less than 20 minutes. Workouts can be performed anywhere you have room to move—in the gym or out.
ChopFit workouts target a variety of stabilizer and prime mover muscles—emphasizing core stability, improving cardiovascular endurance, building grip strength, and training your muscles to work together for whatever life throws at you.
Workouts begin with an optional dynamic warmup, followed by four trainer-designed circuits of six exercises each with one-minute rest in between—all completed in less than 20 minutes.
Level up or down at the start of each workout by selecting 10, 15 or 20 reps of each exercise to complete in circuits throughout your workout.
Increase the impact on multiple muscle groups in workouts by alternating your Grip (the order your hands are placed on the Chopper handle) at each circuit.
