30-DAY RETURN POLICY
- Returns are accepted and a full refund will be provided (less any discounts) within 30 days of the purchase date for all fitness equipment.
- For domestic orders in the United States, return shipping is provided for free.
- For international orders, ChopFit does not offer a refund for any shipping charges you may have paid on your original purchase, and you are responsible for any return shipping fees.
- Returned products must be in new condition, with no visible damage or wear, including (but not limited to) scuffs, dents, markings and scratches.
- If your product is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee.
- All returned products should be shipped with the original packaging, and ChopFit is not responsible for damages that occur during return delivery if original packaging is not used.
- ChopFit is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
- Refunds will only be credited back to the original credit card used for purchase.
- Gift cards, branded merchandise and any other non-fitness equipment purchases are not subject to this policy and may not be returned or exchanged.

- the email address used for the original purchase.
- Once we receive your email, a member of our team will retrieve your original order information and gather any necessary details needed to process the return.
- Once we receive the returned product, it can take 5 to 7 business days to process a refund and an additional 5-7 business days for it to reflect on your original credit card used for purchase.
