Return Policy

We know you’ll love ChopFit and our products. However, if there is any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a no-risk guarantee to receive a full refund with free domestic shipping within the first 30 days of the purchase date on all fitness equipment.


  • Returns are accepted and a full refund will be provided (less any discounts and/or expedited shipping fees) within 30 days of the purchase date for all fitness equipment.
  • For domestic orders in the United States, return shipping is provided for free.
  • For international orders, ChopFit does not offer a refund for any shipping charges you may have paid on your original purchase, and you are responsible for any return shipping fees.
  • ChopFit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered by the courier (i.e. FedEx) and will not provide refunds for such orders.
  • Returned products must be in new condition, with no visible damage or wear, including (but not limited to) scuffs, dents, markings and scratches.
  • If your product is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee.
  • All returned products should be shipped with the original packaging, and ChopFit is not responsible for damages that occur during return delivery if original packaging is not used.
  • ChopFit is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
  • Refunds will only be credited back to the original credit card used for purchase.
  • Gift cards, branded merchandise and any other non-fitness equipment purchases are not subject to this policy and may not be returned or exchanged.

    • the reason for your requested return;
    • the email address used for the original purchase.
  • Once we receive your email, a member of our team will retrieve your original order information and gather any necessary details needed to process the return.
  • Once we receive the returned product, it can take 5 to 7 business days to process a refund and an additional 5-7 business days for it to reflect on your original credit card used for purchase.
