ChopFit customer service was very quick to help me resolve the problem I had.
There was nothing wrong with the ChopFit, but I was missing the wrist strap for mine, I emailed them asking about buying a new one, and the email I got asked me for my mailing address, and in a few days they sent me a new wrist strap free of charge.
I will be sure to place another order very soon for a second ChopFit, it will be nice to swing two at a time.
