Warranty

We stand behind the quality and durability of our products for their intended use. If you are not satisfied with the quality of any ChopFit product you’ve purchased, please let us know at hi@chopfit.com, and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

In respect to ChopFit fitness equipment, we specifically provide a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase to cover any manufacturer defects or material issues under normal use. If you reside in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and you purchased your ChopFit product in the EEA, the warranty period is two (2) years from the date of purchase.

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS

This limited warranty covers the original purchaser only and does not cover injuries or damages to other individuals or third parties using the products.

This limited warranty does not apply to a ChopFit product that has been serviced, altered, refurbished, or modified by anyone who is not authorized by ChopFit, nor does it apply to any cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents. In addition, this limited warranty does not cover any damage or defect with ChopFit products identified herein which result from: (a) use with a non-ChopFit product; (b) accident, neglect, modification, abuse, mishandling, misuse of the product; (c) failure to use the products properly or exposure of the products to variations in ambient environmental conditions (including, for example, changes in heat, humidity, or moisture, including water saturation); (d) impact damage, normal wear and tear, indentations, scratches or surface damage (including paint flaking on products, abrasions caused by failure to use or maintain the product properly); (e) product deterioration or variations in color or marking that are ordinarily expected based on ordinary use or develop over time because of natural processes such as exposure to sunlight; (f) use of the products for a purpose other than the normal, permitted or intended purpose or in abnormal use conditions; or (f) any further use of the products undertaken after a defect has been discovered.

This limited warranty only covers ChopFit fitness equipment that was purchased from an authorized reseller or sales channel and manufactured by or for ChopFit that can be identified by an authorized “ChopFit” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it and does not cover any software products, merchandise or other accessories.

WARRANTY REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT PROCESS

  • Contact us at hi@chopfit.com with the following information:
    • a description of the issue and damaged product;
    • pictures of the damaged product;
    • the email address used for the original purchase.
  • Once we receive your email and retrieve your original order, one of our team members will reach out with next steps in the process and/or to inquire about further details of the product issue.
  • You are responsible for shipping charges to ChopFit, but ChopFit will pay the return shipping for any repaired/replaced product. 

IMPLIED WARRANTIES

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHOPFIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF CHOPFIT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

GOVERNING LAW

This limited warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
