Functional Group Fitness
Those that chop together, sweat together. Classes are free to join for a limited time. Choppers are always provided. Just show up and start chopping.
Classes last 45 minutes and are designed for all fitness levels. They include instruction on the ChopFit program and using a Chopper, as well as one of our high-intensity circuit workouts.
All classes are free to attend. For your first class, we will provide a Chopper to use. Thereafter, it's BYOC (bring your own Chopper), which you can purchase at a discount after attending your first class.
Classes are currently held in Austin, TX (at Zilker Park). More locations and cities will be available later this year. You can join a class using the scheduler below.
